Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

We ship worldwide including AFO/APO addresses and PO Boxes.
All stock items ordered before 3pm Eastern time (-5GMT) will ship the same business day.
Custom orders may require up to 72 hours for customization and testing. Insurance is required on all items above $25 in value.
All orders are shipped with either UPS or USPS, unless requested otherwise.
Tracking numbers will automatically be emailed to you when your item(s) have been shipped.
We do not process orders on the weekend, or on national holidays.
Shipping charges are nonrefundable.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Please contact us if you would like us to ship your order via USPS instead of UPS.

Returns:

All special and custom orders are non-refundable. All other items can be returned for 14 days after delivery for credit or refund. All returned goods must include all of the original packing materials and show no signs of use. Returned goods may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. All returns require a RMA(Return Merchandise Authorization) number, which must be clearly written on the outside of the package, or it will be sent back to you. All returns must be insured and have a tracking number. If the package is lost or damaged in transit, we cannot be held responsible.

Warranty:

All items are covered by a minimum 30-day warranty.
The term of the warranty is one year from the date of the order unless otherwise specified.
In the event that the item(s) cannot be repaired or replaced, you will be issued a credit.
We reserve the right to replace the returned item(s) with a like or similar item that meets or exceeds the specifications of the original item in the event an identical replacement is not available.
All goods being returned for warranty service require a RMA number.

Defective Items:

We make every effort to ensure that your goods won't be damaged during shipping. In the event that something is damaged, you must keep all of the packing materials and notify us within 72 hours of delivery of your intent to return the item(s).
All defective goods must be returned to us before a replacement is issued.

Dead Pixel Policy

In order for a monitor to be eligible for return due to dead pixels it must have a minimum of three dead pixels. Two of the three dead pixels must be next to each other. If none of the pixels are touching the screen must have a minimum of 5 dead pixels.
